Edwin was born and raised in the small town of Yuba City, California. He began his performing career at an early age as the Scarecrow in Lincoln Elementary School’s 5th Grade production of “The Wizard of Oz” where critics agree that he was adorable.
Eventually, he moved down to the Bay Area to attend UC Berkeley where he majored in both Film Studies and Mass Communications. While at UC Berkeley, Edwin was a member of jericho! Improv and Sketch Comedy.
Edwin now resides in San Francisco where he is currently a member of Confessions Improv. He has performed at the Fracas Improv Festival, LA Improv Festival, Del Close Marathon, and San Francisco Improv Festival.
When he’s not on stage performing comedy, Edwin works in the video game industry where he makes sure video game advertising is safe for kids. He also gets free soda and unlimited tokens to play Street Fighter II.
Edwin enjoys a good burger, has a decent CD collection, and plays a mean fiddle.
